By accessing or using NotifyCurbside, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The Service
NotifyCurbside provides voice capture, transcription, and structured sync to third-party CRMs. Features and pricing may change as the product evolves; we will give reasonable notice for material changes.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You will not record individuals without consent where required by law, upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its operation.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated transcripts and summaries may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on them for business decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service or other users.
