NotifyCurbside ("we", "us") provides voice-to-CRM software for field sales teams. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, organization, authentication identifiers.
  • Voice recordings: audio you submit through Quick Log, used to generate transcripts.
  • Visit data: transcripts, structured fields (account, contact, deal stage, next steps) you create or sync to your CRM.
  • Usage data: log entries, device information, and basic analytics needed to operate the service.

3. How we use it

To deliver the product, sync to your connected CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), improve reliability, prevent abuse, and support you. We do not sell your data.

4. Subprocessors

We use vetted infrastructure and AI providers to host data and generate transcripts. A current list is available on request.

5. Retention

Visit records are retained for the life of your account. You can request deletion at any time by emailing contact@notifycurbside.com.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled via row-level security and least-privilege roles. See our Security page for details.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact contact@notifycurbside.com to make a request.
